LCA OF TWO HIGH-PERFORMING PACKAGING CARTRIDGES OF MEDMIX

In 2021 we conducted a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for medmix AG (previously, Sulzer Mixpac AG), to assess the environmental aspects and impacts of the materials, manufacturing and distribution of the MIXPAC™ ecopaCC™ foil cartridge and the medmix 600ml 1:1 polypropylene solid cartridge. These are high-performing two-component packaging cartridges for adhesive formulations used in industrial applications.

The collapsible ecopaCC™ cartridge reduces the amount of packaging material which not only results in less waste but also saves on transport and storage costs throughout the entire value chain.
